Why isn't the video from [insert your favorite show here] available?
We are constantly updating our video library with new and archive videos. Feel free to send us a note if you have a specific request.
Why isn't the video I sent from my iPhone or iPad showing up on the list?
For licensing reasons, all posted videos need to be approved by Blue Devils staff before being made public. For example, if a video contains a performance of another corps (which we do not have the right to broadcast online), the video may not be accepted.
Can I access my subscription through the mobile app?
Yes! Your subscription is tied to you, not your device. You can access it from any computer as well as the Blue Devils iOS app or Android web app. Just log in. Any favorites you have flagged on one device will appear as favorites on all your devices.
Do I need a credit card to purchase a subscription?
Yes and no. If you purchase a subscription via this website, you'll need a credit card. If you purchase a subscription using the iOS app, your iTunes account is charged instead.
Is there an Android/WebOS/Palm/WindowsPhone/etc version of the app?
Yes and no. At this time, the native BD app is only available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Non-iOS users (Android, etc) can open a mobile web browser and go to http://bluedevils.org/mediabox/ for a mobile version of Mediabox.
My subscription ran out. Can I still access the tracks I purchased?
Yes! Once you have purchased an audio/video file, you can download it form your Purchases screen, even if your subscription has expired.
Can I auto-renew my subscription?
Not at this time. However, you may manually purchase another subscription after your current one has expired.
I've purchased an audio file. Now what?
Go to your Purchases screen. Here you will see a list of everything you've purchased. Right-click on the file you wish to save and choose "Save As..." to save it to your computer. Once you have the mp3 file on your computer, it's up to you how you listen to it. We recommend iTunes.
I've purchased a video file. Now what?
Go to your Purchases screen. Here you will see a list of everything you've purchased. Right-click on the file you wish to save and choose "Save As..." to save it to your computer. Once you have the video file on your computer, it's up to you how you watch to it. Windows users: we recommend iTunes to watch your videos. It's easy and free.
Are there gift certificates available?
Not at this time. Please note that gift certificates from the Online Store may only be used in the Online Store, not Mediabox.
What are the technical details?
All video files are encoded as H.264. All audio files are MP3.
What are the minimum browser requirements?
Browser support for Mediabox is the same as the rest of bluedevils.org. (Details)
