JoEllen Abate McEntire
JoEllen most recently served as an executive at US Bank / MUFG Union Bank, as their Director of Consumer Lending Originations Quality Control and Product Risk Management. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the origination quality control plan and related activities, and provides risk management oversight for various off-balance sheet products and programs.
JoEllen has spent more than 40 years in the consumer lending industry primarily focused in the risk management field. She’s held various management and executive roles in audit, credit, operational risk management, operations, process design, procedure development, quality control, regulatory compliance and servicing/default [account] management.
JoEllen (78, 79, 81) and her husband Mark ("Mac" 76 -78) are alumni of the Blue Devils. JoEllen is also an alumna of the Marion Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps (Ohio, 1977) and the Rangerettes Color Guard & Drill Team (Ohio, 1966 thru 1976).
JoEllen previously served on the BDPA Board of Directors 2008 -2013 and has served on the Audit Committee since 2012.
