
Cary Reed is the Chief Executive Officer of Tech24, a leading provider of commercial foodservice equipment repair and maintenance. As CEO, he oversees the company's strategic direction, operations, and growth initiatives across North America. Prior to Tech24, Cary served as Chief Operating Officer at Service Experts, one of the largest HVAC companies in North America, where he managed full P&L responsibility for a $1.1B business with over 5,000 employees. Additionally, he operates his own consulting practice, specializing in revitalizing underperforming companies and business divisions by driving revenue and profitability.
Cary joined the Advisory Board of the Blue Devils in 2019 and became a Board Member in 2020. Cary has been active in drum corps since 1981.
Cary started in the activity as a marching member of Florida Wave and Suncoast Sound then continued as an educator with Limited Edition and also helped found North Coast Rock Drum and Bugle Corps in Cleveland, Ohio.
Cary has also been involved as a parent as his son, Hunter, marched Glassmen in 2012, Blue Knights in 2013, and aged out of the Santa Clara Vanguard in 2018 after four incredible seasons. It’s a full drum corps family as his wife, Melissa, is an alum of both the Crossmen and Bluecoats.
