Kaitlin is a registered associate marriage and family therapist in the state of California. She obtained her masters degree in counseling psychology in 2022 from California Lutheran University. During the school year, she works as a school-based therapist at a middle school in Ventura County, California. She works with a large variety of students and diagnoses on a day to day basis and loves the collaborative nature of her work.

While Kaitlin has always been a choir kid at heart, her partner is the ride or die marching band player, director, and corps manager, Cameron Guerrero, who has been with Blue Devils as both a member and staff over the last two decades. She is very much looking forward to working with the Blue Devils for the 2024 season!
