Paul currently teaches elementary music to grades 3-6 in the San Bernardino City Unified School District. He also has designed the drill for the Riverside Community College Marching Tigers since 1989. He has been a drill designer for numerous high school marching bands throughout the United States for nearly three decades. Paul also has been a designer and visual tech for RCC Indoor Percussion since 1991. Paul judges various marching band and winter drumline events throughout the Western United States.
