Phil McArthur
Phil McArthur is the Founder and Chairman of McArthur Retail Development Specialists. .
After spending his early career in Canada, Phil has focused on the global emerging markets of Asia and the Middle East. Phil has been involved in developing large regional malls and mixed-use developments in Dubai, Muscat, Cairo, Doha.

Phil is a Past Trustee of the New York based International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has lectured on retail real estate development in over 15 countries. Phil is also an adjudicator for the ICSC Global Design and Development awards.
Phil’s marching music involvement started with the Burlington Teen Tour Band from 1971-1975 and continued with the DCI finalist Seneca Optimists Drum and Bugle Corps 1976-1977, brass instructor for All Girl World Champion Ventures 1978-1979, Executive Director of Ventures 1979-1981, Co- founder of The Top Hat Marching Orchestra, Burlington Ontario and was also Producer of the DCW Summer Music Games Vancouver BC in 1990.
