Rachel Nishijima recently moved back to the Bay Area after graduating from the California State University of Sacramento. She has her B.A. in Art Education with a minor in Dance. At the moment, Ms. Nishijima is a substitute teacher with plans on receiving her teaching credential in the near future. And of course when Rachel is not substitute teaching, she is either traveling or at a color guard rehearsal.
