Jessica began her musical career later in life than most. She joined the Indian Hill High School marching band her sophomore year because a fine arts credit was required to graduated and she can't draw; but, from the first day of band camp, she was hooked! Jessica continued her education and has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Marketing where she's worked with the critically mentally ill, in corrections and as a clinical research coordinator for epidemiology research. She returned to school to pursue nursing in 2011 and is now an intensive care unit registered nurse.
Since that fateful day in high school, Jessica began her marching career playing the mellophone with the Bluecoats in 1994, 1996 and 1997 and aged-out with The Concord Blue Devils in 1998. Jessica went on to give back to the fine arts by teaching multiple local high
school bands and a division two drum and bugle corps. She enjoys having a running soundtrack and believes that music contributes positively to every aspect of life.
Jessica is very excited to have the opportunity to contribute to The Blue Devils Health and Wellness team and is looking forward to working with the very talented members, staff and dedicated administration.
