Jeff DeMello
Jeff marched in the "A" Corps from 1973-1978 and was honored with The Blue Devils "Most Valuable Brass Member" trophy in 1976, the first year the Blue Devils won DCI, and is a member of the Blue Devils Hall of Fame. He was a former brass instructor and tour director for the San Jose Raiders Drum and Bugle Corps, former Tour Director and Transportation Director of the A-Corps, and founder, director, arranger, and brass instructor for the Jim Ott Brass Ensemble. Jeff is a 3-time previous President of The Blue Devils Board of Directors and was a member of the BD Performing Arts Board of Directors from 1998 through 2020, and re-elected in 2025.
He is also CFO for the Sponsors of Musical Enrichment (S.O.M.E.), Board Secretary for the Bear Valley Music Festival, was Board Advisor for the Stockton Field Aviation Museum and the founder of System Blue.
