Why isn't the video from [insert your favorite show here] available?
We are constantly updating our video library with new and archive videos. Feel free to send us a note if you have a specific request.
Is there an Android/WebOS/Palm/WindowsPhone/etc version of the app?
Yes and no. At this time, the native BD app is only available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Non-iOS users (Android, etc) can open a mobile web browser and go to for a mobile version of Mediabox.
I've purchased an audio file. Now what?
Go to your Purchases screen. Here you will see a list of everything you've purchased. Right-click on the file you wish to save and choose "Save As..." to save it to your computer. Once you have the mp3 file on your computer, it's up to you how you listen to it. We recommend iTunes.
Are there gift certificates available?
Not at this time. Please note that gift certificates from the Online Store may only be used in the Online Store, not Mediabox.
What are the technical details?
All video files are encoded as H.264. All audio files are MP3.
What are the minimum browser requirements?
