2019-2020 Golden State Warriors Band Auditions

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for the Golden State Warriors Band! This NEW, high-energy ensemble will provide entertainment for Golden State Warriors fans at every home game of the 2019-2020 season.

We want musicians from all styles, communities, and cultures found in the Bay Area. Individuals or small ensembles can apply. Acoustic or electronic instruments. Singers and rappers included.

This is your chance to bring the Golden State Sound to the new Chase Center. Show us why you deserve to perform center court!

Audition Process

You must submit Audition Application below to be considered for in-person audition.

The more you tell us about yourself – links to websites, profile pages with photos, audio samples, and videos – the better we can determine if you will be the right fit for the Golden State Warriors Band.

Be sure to include the following:

  • Accurate contact information
  • Minimum 2-3 minutes of video showing you performing with your main instrument
  • Headshot

Audition Applications Will Be Accepted For THREE WEEKS ONLY

  • Audition form closes on Monday, July 22 at 12pm.
  • We will review the applications as they come in and contact you no later than Wednesday, July 24 if you are being considered for a private in-person audition and interview.
  • First round of in-person auditions will be on Saturday, July 27 (all day) & Tuesday, July 30 (afternoon/evening).
  • Additional in-person auditions will be added as needed.

All Applicants Should Meet the Following Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age at the time of the in-person auditions
  • Able to pick up music and simple dance steps quickly
  • Able to perform well with other performers
  • Quick learner who is open and adaptable to change
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Charismatic stage presence
  • Live performance experience
