My name is Sean Clark and I am the director of Blue Devil Performing Arts newest performing ensemble, Thesis. Thesis Percussion is an independent world percussion ensemble based in Northern California. Established in 2022, our ensemble has aimed to provide high caliber performing opportunities and give something for our incredible music students to aspire to become. A large part of our mission centers around education, and not just the education of the individual, but teaching pedagogy to our young aspiring teachers which so happen to exist at Thesis and in so many of our own ensembles. We're acutely focused on the health of our musical community and hope to consistently contribute to its growth. As an organization, we believe a strong musical community relies on quality performing opportunities and quality training of our young up and coming educators. The more great teachers we have, the stronger our musical community.
