No, the member must stay in their assigned room.
Can I eat meals with my member at the hotel?
No, we pay per meal at the hotel. You are not able to participate in the buffet line that is provided to the Blue Devils.
Can I visit or stay in the room that is booked for my member?
No, the member must stay in their assigned room and only who is assigned that room.
Can I request a room change to be closer to my member's room?
No, room assignment locations are made based on various factors and cannot be changed to accommodate specific preferences.
Are there designated areas where I can meet with my members outside of their rooms?
Yes, lobby common areas. Please respect other guests' privacy, and the hotel and Blue Devil rules while using these areas.
Can I assist my member with transportation to and from rehearsals or performances?
No, but you may provide transportation for your member starting Sunday, August 11th.
Can I attend rehearsals?
At this time, only rehearsals are held at IUPUI, not the Colts rehearsal facility, but please refer to our calendar and the message we send about this and other details that pertain to Finals Week in general.
